What does membership entail?
Membership in the Ednor Gardens-Lakeside Civic Association entitles members to participate in the programs of the Association, elect the Board of Directors of the Association, adopt and amend the Association bylaws and vote on those issues referred by the Board of Directors for a membership vote.
Membership dues are $25.00 per household, paid annually.
Membership dues are used to support Association activities and infrastructure. Let us know about the activities that you would like your Association to organize by completing the member survey!
Dues may be paid in any of the following ways:

Pay via the Paypal link found at the top of this page "Pay Dues"

Pay in cash or by check at in person Association meetings held the third Tuesday of January, March, May, September, and November.

How will my dues payment be used?

To Engage community residents in activities that help us to get to know our neighbors.

To Support events that community residents together to promote a healthy and safe community.

To Beautify our community through neighborhood clean-ups and signage upkeep

To Purchase services or supplies for community events and association meetings

NON-RESIDENT MEMBERS
Any non-resident owning property or operating a licensed business or non-profit institution within the area encompassed by the Association, and in conformity with the objective of the Association, may designate one representative to become a member of the Association upon payment of annual membership dues.
SPONSORSHIP
The Ednor Gardens Lakeside Civic Association welcomes sponsorships to advance its mission and address community interests and needs including the civic association's administrative budget, events, and greening activities.
The Civic Association will thank sponsors on our website, at membership meetings and events, on communication materials for sponsored activities, and/or a thank you in our email newsletter which has over 500 members with an open rate averaging around 50%.
Sponsors will also receive a nonprofit donation tax receipt to claim their charitable donation.
